FACULTY PROFILE

Completed MBBS From Govt. Medical College Srinagar in the year 2006. Then did my MD Internal medicine from SKIMS Soura in the year 2010. After that did my registrarship in Medicine working in multiple sub-specialties of Medicine for 04 years including internal medicine, nephrology, cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, emergency medicine, oncology , hematology and gastroenterology. After that i did my superspecialisation in Gastroenterology(DM Gastroenterolgy and hepatology) from SKIMS in the year 2017. Since then i am working as Assistant Professor in the department of medicine GMC Anantnag. My area of Interest is Interventional Gastroenterology including Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, EVL Banding , ERCP, Endoscopic Management of GI Bleed, Endoscopic removal of foreign body and Polypectomy (Both gastric and colonic polypectomy). Besides that i have many publications in both National and international Index Journals.
